Returns Policy

Overview

At Fave Marketplace, each item is sold by an independent seller. Returns and refund policies are set by individual sellers. Please review the seller's shop policies before purchasing.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact the seller directly via the order messaging system within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Describe the issue and, if applicable, attach photos.
  3. The seller will respond with their return instructions.
  4. If the seller does not respond within 48 hours, contact Fave support at marketplace@faveforfans.com.

Digital Goods

Due to the nature of digital goods, sales are generally final once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded. If you believe there is a technical issue with a digital product, contact the seller or Fave support.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged item or the wrong item was sent, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement at no extra cost. Contact the seller within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

Refund Timeline

Once a return is approved by the seller, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
