For Buyers
If you are unhappy with your purchase, start by contacting the seller directly via the messaging system in your order. Most sellers are happy to resolve issues quickly.
For damaged, incorrect, or missing items — you are entitled to a refund or replacement. Document the issue with photos when contacting the seller.
For Sellers
Sellers are expected to handle return requests fairly and respond within 48 hours. Fave may step in to resolve disputes if a seller is unresponsive or acts in bad faith.
